Enjoy our Falafels fried or baked, you’ll simply love it!
How to fry:
1- Empty contents of 1 pouch into a bowl and thoroughly mix with 120 ml water. 2- Allow mixture to rest for 20 minutes while stirring from time to time. 3- Shape falafel mix into balls approx. 4 cm diameter using your hands or falafel scoop. 4- Fry in deep vegetable oil at 170°C (340°F) for 2-4 minutes. (HINT: heat the oil UNTIL a small piece of bread starts to become brown, then you are ready to fry). 5- Carefully, turn them over occasionally until crisp golden brown. 6- Place fried falafels on a plate or bowl and leave to rest for 2 minutes. 7- Serve hot with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, Hummus or Tahini sauce.
How to bake:
1- Empty contents of 1 pouch into a bowl and thoroughly mix with 120 ml water. 2- Allow mixture to rest for 20 minutes while stirring from time to time. 3- Shape falafel mix into balls approx. 4 cm diameter using your hands or falafel scoop. 4- lightly brush shaped falafel with vegetable oil and place on non stick tray or a baking sheet. 5- Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and place the falafel in the center of the oven. 6- Bake for 8 minutes on one side. 7- Flip falafels on the other side and lightly brush with vegetable oil and bake for another 8 minutes or until golden brown. 8- Place baked falafels on a plate or a bowl and enjoy with fresh vegetable salad, Tahini dip or Hummus.
